I’m Beth Turner-Graziano. I have a passion for “Creating Calm from Chaos”.  Creating Calm from Chaos started in 2015 to support business with carefully selected human resources and operations projects.  Serving in leadership for other companies, I wanted a way to share my knowledge, while getting a fresh perspective and new efficiency ideas from others.  Along the way, associates would tell me I should go out on my own full time.  I finally decided they were right.  With that, Creating Calm from Chaos evolved into a small, boutique operation located in the Denver area, helping businesses run efficiently and strategically to enable maximum profitability in a great business culture.

If I think back, my passion really started early in my career.  At that time, I was training senior level executives to integrate team building, root-cause problem solving, process development, and process improvement into the company’s culture.  Using process to gain efficiency and make good business decisions just made sense to me.  I found that I loved the challenge of getting things running right.

As my career evolved, these concepts allowed me to excel in back office support. In 2003, and finding that I loved the work, I began bookkeeping for a small business, organizing and maintaining the books, and working with tax professionals to streamline the bookkeeping process and to be ready at tax time.  I also have extensive experience in operational Human Resources, having built high functioning departments from the ground up, or implementing efficiencies in floundering departments.

Over the years I’ve worked with companies in both the private and public sectors, in various industries of various size, doing business in multiple states, and always working in close partnership with accounting professionals.
